What we do
Cleaning for each stage of a remodel
Three cleans follow the work. Glass, dust control and our debris policy run through all of them. Tell us which you need and we leave out the rest.
- Stage one
Rough clean
After drywall is sanded and before paint and floors. Subfloors vacuumed, ledges and sills wiped, our debris bagged.
The rough clean - Stage two
Final clean
When your contractor says it is done. Every surface in the remodeled rooms, top to bottom, floors last.
The final clean - Stage three
Touch-up clean
About a week later, when the dust has settled. Sills, glass, fan blades and corners.
The touch-up clean - In every final clean
Glass, tracks and fixtures
Windows, shower enclosures and mirrors with the stickers and film taken off, tracks vacuumed and wiped, fixtures polished.
- On every visit
Dust control
Floor runners, shoe covers, HEPA-filter vacuums and damp cloths, and a rule about not taking down your contractor's barriers.
The dust policy - In writing
Debris policy
Our own cleaning debris leaves with us. Your contractor's offcuts and demolition debris stay with your contractor.

Short answers
Before you choose a stage
Do I need all three stages?
No. A small bathroom may need only a final clean and a touch-up. A whole-house job with new drywall usually wants all three. Emma tells you which she would book when she writes the quote.
Can you clean while the work is still going on?
Only the rough clean, and only on a day your contractor and other trades are not in the rooms. We book around them.
Do you clean the outside, the garage or the yard?
No. We clean the inside of the house after the work, plus the path your contractor used to carry things in.
Tell us which stages you need
Send the rooms and the finish date and we write a quote that lists each stage on its own line.
