Three plain policies
Keys, breakage and rescheduling
We write these down so you do not have to ask.
- 01
Keys, codes and alarms
Tell us how we get in: a lockbox, a key from your contractor, or a door code sent by text. Never put a code in the quote form.
Codes go in a written log, not on a phone
We hand keys back at the walk-through
If an alarm is set, give us the code and the company's number
We lock up and text you when we leave
- 02
If something is broken, or missing from the clean
Tell us within 48 hours and send photos. If we missed something, we come back and finish it at no charge. If we broke something, we cover it under our general liability policy.
We look at the photos and reply the same business day
A return visit happens within five business days
We do not cover damage that was there before we arrived, which is why we photograph each room on arrival
- 03
Rescheduling and cancelling
Contractors slip, and we understand. Tell us as soon as you know.
Move a stage up to 48 hours ahead at no charge
If your contractor's finish date slips, we move the date for free, up to two times
Cancel or move later than 48 hours and we may charge the stage's minimum visit
A quote holds for 30 days
Ask about a policy before you book
Send a question with your quote request, or call and ask Emma.
